According to reports, Young Hov’s $5 million legal concerns have now faded to black.
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Jay Z has reached a settlement in the $5 million dollar class action lawsuit filed by a musician, who accused the rapper/mogul & his streaming service Tidal of screwing him out of royalties, with the artist dismissing all claims against Jay-Z per their deal. Yesh Music LLC and musician John Emanuele filed a federal lawsuit against Jay-Z’s company, S. Carter Enterprises, along with 2 other companies behind TIDAL, accusing them of copyright infringement and underpayment of royalties. (theJasmineBRAND)
